These are highly rated by most people, I saw a documentary with lots of Indian chefs in the UK praising them, bombay pantry here use their stuff you can see it in the windows.

    Full 500g jars.

That sounds like the sauces. I think it is the pastes that are most highly rated. Jamie Oliver praises them in his book.

Still a good deal if you are not into cooking too much. Otherwise grab one of the jars of paste. Much smaller but much better value as it goes much further.

Saw it in my tescos last night, I think tonight is the last night.

They have them all on display, not the normal sauces the pastes as said above and stuff like mango chutneys, but on that program they were praising the normal sauces too if you are lazy;).

In bombay pantry you will also see East End brand spices & other products, these are readily available in most Asian stores and are a fraction of the price of brands in normal supermarkets.

    +1

Paste costs roughly the same as sauce but will feed 12-14 instead of 3-4. Keeps for 6 months in a cupboard once opened

BTW none of these offers seem to be available on tesco.ie :(

The sauces aren't great to be honest. It's the pastes that really are the bee-knees.
But a bargain all the same for those that are in the market for a quick sauce.

They are not showing on mine either. It definitely said from XX to 22 march, but I was not certain if this meant up to and including 22 march.

Offer was over in Tesco in Mahon Point today:( And I did see the vindaloo which I hadn't seen for a couple of years. On the positive side, I did get a "shake weight" for free as I was charged double what it shelf sticker said:pac::cool:

Yeah the offer must be over as they were normal price in waterford also. I did pick up some paste while I was there to give it a try. €2.09 for the korma paste
