Rent In Advance and Deposit

Hi Folks, When we originally moved in to our current apartment we paid one month in advance and a deposit. It took awhile for the Social to pay our rent allowance but i think they back dated it, not sure as its paid into the landlords a/c. Just would like to know if we have to pay our last months rent as we our lease is up…

Hi Folks,
