    Hi All

Can anyone recommend a good bead shop in London. Nothing too pricey but with a good selection.

    Thanks

I cant say I really looked for beads but I would spend a few hours in Soho, there are loads of fabric shops and they do sell beads, just not exclusively.

These days I wouldn't say Camden, its more handmade stuff than materials down that end of town.

Covent Garden could be good too. Theres 1 in Neal's yard, which is a lovely area anyway. http://www.beadaura.co.uk/

The Bead Shop near covent garden. a huuuuuuuuuuuge range of seed beads and colours. i found them excellent value all in all.
i showed my aunt what i bought (she does jewellery too) - the green eyed monster came out. she had been in covent garden looking for the shop but didnt find it. she did find another shop for beads there but it was more expensive she said.

If you fancy catching a train out to Crayford, pop out to the Hobbycraft out there. The first set of shelves on the right are full of beads, wires, jump rings, clips and everything else you need for jewellery. It is a 20-30 minute or so train ride from London Bridge, but trust me on this, it's soooooooo worth it!
