Back Boiler Stove??

Hi there, looking for some good advice. As we all know the price of oil has gone crazy. I built my house in 2001/2 and installed underfloor heating downstairs and conventional rad heating upstairs. Underfloor heating running on oil is a big no-no. Have a large water tank in the utility room downstairs and pressurized water system. Have a large stove in the fireplace. Was thinking of buying a back boiler stove and running my rads upstairs off this and installing 4 rads downstairs to also run off this, in total 10-11 rads. My problem would be where to run the system off??
I have a 'hotpress' upstairs but it has no water tank, could i install a water tank here and run most of the piping overground, not worried about cosmetics as long as benefit of heat is got. Would only run rads from the back boiler and leave hot water from oil burner. This may be confusing but just looking for some good advice, went through 2 1/2 tanks of oil this winter, nearly €2000 to run and even at that the underfloor heating is a waste of time, geothermal is an option but it is very expensive and would take years to recoup the cost, SEI grant aside.
Apologies for the length of writing but any advice would be greatly appreciated, and apologies also if this seems confusing!
