I heard that he was going months ago,but didn't think he really would.
Think Coolmore could do some more globe trotting this year. Worked well last year,Joshua Tree went over to Canada and won a nice grade 1 there, the money is too big to ignore.
They don't have as many group 1 winners over here as they used to so that could be another reason.

Yes i'm very surprised by this. The money must have a big part to play.

Apart from Cape Blanco do you know who else they are sending and for what races.

When did the head guys at Coolmore have a change of heart? Did they decide the the pot was too big to sit out in a recession? I'm amazed.

Great news Spencer on board. New Stable Jockey?

Are you kidding or serious with the Spencer thing??
I did see Cape Blanco was going for the WC a few months back, article was on Racing Post..I also recall there was a bit of an olive branch between the Sheik and Magnier end of last season..

I completly missed that about Cape Blanco going for WC. I'm clearly the only one who is surprised by this

Only half kidding about Spencer. Magnier is his Godfather (proper image for Magnier) Will surely be back in Ballydoyle one day

The bookies have stop taking bets on Spencer to be the new Stable jockey at Ballydoyle.

Although I do know he has some connection or retainer with Cape Blancos new co owners

How you mean they have stopped taking bets? As in its a done thing (backed him at 20-1 last october) I know there has been no market on the stable jockey for some time now.

    Who are Cape Blancos Co-Owners?

    Yes, stopped taking bets.

Thank you. I have missed all of this information. Anyway think i'll back him for the World Cup. Statement of intent from Ballydoyle he'll surely be trained to the minute.

True, the only reason Spencer is riding Cape Blanco is that he's retained by the new co-owners.
Ryan Moore will ride Ballydoyles other horses in Dubai i believe.

They're going to use the 'best available' policy this year for their horses which i think could go against them in the long run, surely its better to know these horses from riding out on them in the mornings....
Anyway, i reckon Ryan Moore will get most of the Ballydoyle rides when Stoute doesnt have a horse in the same race.
