Newts and Frogs Dublin 15

Hello Folks,

I am taking part in the 2011 Newt and Frog Surveys and I would like to know locations in Dublin 15 where they are active and have been spotted. could you let me know of any known sites thanks.

I presume you have had a look in the Tolka valley with all its ponds etc?

Hi,
dont know if you still need the info, but i was out taking photos a couple of weeks ago and came across loads of frog spawn and a few frogs up at the land behind the park plaza hotel in tyrrelstown, suprisingly they were in the tracks of large trucks that must have driven through the fields that filled in with rainwater, ill attach a picture
Btw you can enter the land via a small gate just to the left of the hotel
