Attic Instulation

Recently bought a house and i am in the middle of insulating the attic. I was hiring a company to come and do this as part of it needs to be blown as it was originally a flat roof and the previous owners converted it to a loft. The joists were never insulated. So i got a quote from a company to do the works and since Jan he was coming every weekend. So last week i decided to insulate the attic as i could access that. so i laid 12 inches of insulation there and its perfect. Now my problem is this converted loft.
the floor is covered in 8' x 4' ply wood sheets and there is costing of tar on top of that. I managed to lift 1 full sheet exposing the joisted underneath, giving me good access to 6 joists. I some how have to push the insulation up 2.5m to the end of the roof. There is not tie backs or any obstacle in the way, maybe the odd nail or so any suggestions how i can get the insulation to the end?
With the remaining 9 joists i have a 6" square hold cut as this would have been access for the company to blow in the insulation. I cannot raise any more floor boards as they put up plaster slab on the ceiling down to the floor. is there any east way to do this? see picture of what i am trying to do.
Many thanks for looking and for what ever advice you may offer.
