My friend had his iphone stolen during the week. He had none of those app on it to find the iphone which is a disaster. We are just wondering is there anyway the photographs in the phone can be wiped. It is a horrible thought that a stranger can access his children pictures. It prob is a long shot that apple or someone might have the knowledge to do this. The phone is being used to send spam emails as he di not log out of his yahoo account last time he used it.

To wipe the phone remotely he would have needed to be using Apple's Find My Phone feature with the gps turned on. Or he would have needed to have set the phone to automatically wipe after 10 incorrectly entered passcodes. But I'm guessing he probably didn't even have the passcode lock turned on.
