Use for a house....

    Hi,

I'm sure this is far from a unique problem, but here goes. I have a very large house in a town near Cork. The house has been let for private residence but it's bringing in less and less money and more and more hassle (PTRB, dodgy tenants, wear & tear) as time goes by. The problem is that the house is too large for most families (~4000 sq ft) and can only be let out to multiple occupants which is a real pain.

Anyway, I was wondering what other uses I could put it to. I'm looking at a creche/pre school but is there anything else I should consider?

Any advise, no matter how strange, would be welcome

Oh, there is a lot of available scrub land around the house.

    TIA

Hostel/Holiday home? Depending on where it is? Is it a tourist area........if teh scrub land belongs to you maybe you could also have a campsite/campervan site............worth looking in to this............

You may have to register the property as a commercial buliding though(but not sure how you would go about that)
