Looking for a flat bar type hybrid bike to fit 5' 4" height person approx. Something like a giant CRS 3.0/4.0 or similar. Something with tyres/wheels around 700 X 35-38c if possible. (dont want anything 700 X 28c or less) Must be in reasonable condition..
