I'll never watch another TV series . Ill sit sulking looking at a blank screen untill they bring it back.
oh yeah.. I go on hunger strike as well.
    Do you think that'll work??

I'll invent some kind of machine that I can use to look into an alternate universe where Fringe hasn't been cancelled, and just watch it there.

Has it been hinted that the show is going to be cancelled.

Yes, but not sure if it was here or on the other side.

  • I'll just watch something else that'll be fresh and new. Couldn't give two hoots whether it gets cancelled or not even though I've watched it from the start. There's usually a good reason shows get cancelled. It's all TV at the end of the day and there's plenty of alternatives out there. Can never understand all this nonsense about petitions and saving shows etc.

I'll be pissed off but it seems that every good scifi series gets canceled, at least this one lasted longer then defying gravity.

any show thats on the bubble always has roumours of renewal and cacelation, more-so shows like fringe that have high production budgets,

and also the fact it was moved to friday nights, but it has performed above average thus far (not loosing as many viewers as predicted, dropping roughly 1 million viewers with its switch to fridays), so it may come down to how much they can skim off the budget, if they can make it affordable to make it stands a good chance,

the biggest part of any budget on tv shows is how much the actors get paid, which could be the biggest stumbling block for fringe, with 3 superb actors that are most likely underpaid already, but can also find projects off the back of the great work theyve done on fringe with ease,

currently i would put fringe at around 40/60 chances of renewal, :(

I reckon it's also that production companies and studios like the round of media, publicity and internet discussion which goes with these rumours. I guess with the ante being upped from the plastic wrapped barbie dolls from twin peaks to firefly fans talking out newspaper adds they are hoping to get the fan base working for them.

I'll be well disspointed. Best show on telly since Lost finished IMO.
It started off fantastic, although this season it's wayned a little, a lot of the mysteries are not so mysterious anymore. But apart from the odd dodgy ep lately, it's picking back up. Be interesting to see what happens with preggo other side Olivia.

I was over in Vancouver last year and got to check out a few places that they film at too, which was pretty cool.

Correct, excuse my ignorance, getting into it now and is much improved.
