    Hi guys,

    Have an interview this week and am slowly working my way through all the advice here. I'm finding it very helpful so thanks for that!

    One question I have is what do I call the interviewer? Would I call her Ms. X? By her first name? Or anything at all?

    Any interview I have done, I have always called them by their first name. I've never referred to anyone I am interviewing with as Ms X or Mr x.

    If you're still in doubt, wait for them to say your name and follow suit

    The interviewers will probably introduce themselves, and you just follow their lead....

    Them: Hello - my name is Mary , I manage the 123 Team, and this is John the XXX Manager

    You : shaking hands "hello Mary... hello John".

    Thanks for all your replies guys. This is what I decided I'd go with, but being honest, I can't remember if I mentioned her name at all!
    Felt the interview went well though so fingers crossed!
