1937 Periodicals?

Hi guys, I'm currently looking for a certain periodical and the location given on the TCD library search is "1937 Periodicals". Just wondering where this is? Does it mean the 1937 Postgrad Reading Room? Or is it like a stacks thing where you have to request it in? I don't see any option to request so I presume that's not the case.

If it's in the 1937 Reading Room, does that mean it's off limits to undergrads or what?

You can only request books online, not journals, you need to use the call slips for them, so there'll be no option to request it online. Your best bet is to ask at the counter, they'll know, it probably is a case of using a call slip. I doubt they can restrict items just like that? I discovered when I wanted a particular journal that it was listed as being in Santry, but the counter told me its in 'dark storage', which meant it wouldn't be delivered for 10 days. So it might mean something like that.
