I purchased a TT2020 phone from Curry's yesterday. Using the manual for set up I (believe) I've set up everything correctly, yet the answering machine is not recording incoming messages. The AW is turned on. I've called it and left a message and can hear the message coming in on the answering machine yet when I hang up, the AW does not reflect that anyone called or that there was a message left. The AW shows '00' as the number of recorded calls.

Any ideas what to do?
