UPC Cisco EPC2425 and multiple xbox issue

I am currently having problems with running two xboxs on UPC 30 meg packet i have searched and tried enabling upnp to no avail. is it possible to bridge he cisco router to a netgear and add an voip adapter so that the phone will still work. if not does anybody have a solution or any router that could replace the cisco one…
