    I was really looking for a sunday paper that does not have a right leaning agenda and preferably not owned by rich tax avoiders

    From an Irish perspective I can't think of any. The Irish Times is the most balanced so you could buy it on Saturday and read it over the weekend.

    The Sunday Indo is rabidly right wing although Gene Kerrigan does swim against the tide.

    The Observer belongs to the Guardian group and is generally considered left wing. However it doesn't cover Irish affairs at all. Even during the recent election there was nothing.
