I assume you mean an undergraduate degree in SW, so that's UCD.

    Nowhere.
As an undergrad degree UCC and TCD are the only places

    "Undergraduate Courses

Undergraduate courses combine an academic Social Science degree with professional social work training and are four-years + full time.

    University College Cork (UCC)
    Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
    Accredited by Board: 27/09/04
    Last Full Accreditation: 14/05/2009.

University of Dublin Trinity College (TCD)
Bachelor in Social Studies (with Honours) (BSS)
    Accredited by Board: 20/05/02
    Last Full Accreditation: 14/05/2007."

Or you can do a degree in Social Science over three years such as this course in UCD: https://myucd.ucd.ie/program.do?programID=60

And then go on to do a Masters in Social Work, e.g
    http://www.ucd.ie/appsocsc/postgraduateprogrammes/msocscsocialwork/course%20structure/

This route takes about 5 years in total and prior to the introduction of the UCC and TCD courses was the traditional way of getting your NQSW.
