Hi. I work shift work so would find it impossible really to join classes as they are usually sign up for a certain amount of weeks type. So i would like to try a dvd and see how i get on.

Can anyone recommend a yoga dvd for me to try out? I've been doing some of the classes on Sky and i enjoyed them but would like a dvd to put on whenever i like.

    Advice much appreciated. :)
