Hey, do any of you know where I can get something to support your back and generally making sitting on the car seat for long journeys more comfortable and pain free?

I have a bad back and my car seat makes it only worse. After long journeys I always end up with a numb bottom and a very sore back. I'm pretty sure I'll soon develop some serious back problems if I continue doing long journeys in my car.

Hence do you guys know a good place where I can get something to support your back for the car seat?

Aftermarket lumbar support maybe?

Or just buy a set of Recaros

Short term rolled up bath towel at the base of the spine and in the long term see if you can pick up one of these.
