    As the title suggests.

    And if so, when?
When he retires, IF he retires?

Does he deserve to be in?

Normal answer knowing Vince, is when he finally steps down and HHH takes over completely.

Smart answer knowing exactly what Vince is like, when hes in the ground and no sooner. That man won't stop working until he drops dead.

    When he dies, otherwise not

I would have said no but if they can disgrace the WWE by adding the likes of Drew Carey then I don't see why they wouldn't

What about Randy Savage, Ultimate Warrior, Lex Luger, Goldberg, JBL, British Bulldog, Owen Hart,Ron Simmons, Mick Foley superstars like that they should be inducted.

Would Sting be eligable to get into the wwe hall of fame

Theres not a doubt in my mind that said bolded wrestlers will be inducted in time.

If you're implying that inducting Vince McMahon is stupid or silly like inducting Drew Carey, then I need you to stop there and leave the thread.

He doesnt want to. He thinks it will upstage the event.

    Is this a real question?

I can't think of many men more deserving of the Hof that Vince McMahon. In fact the only man that should ever have gone in ahead of him, is a bald texan that went in a year ago.

Vince, for all his flaws, is a ****ing genius, and if it wasnt for him,i would not be on this board. I loved to hate him, and still do.

I'd love to see Vince in the hall of fame, he's the greatest heel of all time, and therefore deserves it.

Of course he will - there'll probably be a big match/angle to go with it too.

Vince, Shane and Stephanie all deserve a place in the Hall of Fame.

Will never be inducted in HoF as long as his widow is alive.

I'd like to see something where they send him off as a face. Maybe some sort of match where it's "Im sick of you being in charge, I want you gone."

The idea I have in my head is having HHH vs Vince, winner takes over the company, loser leaves. Would be a good way of breaking the fourth wall, and it'd let the old school guys cheer Vince and the new fans cheer HHH.

Wrestlemania 30 maybe if they can drag it out that long.

Trips v Vince is an idea, but actually having vince in the match doesn't appeal to me at all.
At that stage vince will be pushing 70 and if they go down that sort of an angle, trips will be more business than wrestling. If they were in the corners of the two competitors in the main event at mania XXX, now that could be something.

Winner wins title and also wins the company for respective manager.

I would've said that Vince should have gone in before that bald headed texan. Not for his onscreen role, but because of how he revolutionised the industry.

I can't see why he wouldn't be inducted but the reason I mentioned Carey is because I can see them making a mockery out of his induction, and the HOF is supposed to a sacred place to honour former wrestlers, managers and commentators in the sport/show/entertainment and should not be used for gimmicks

As long as McMahon does it fittingly, and properly, I don't see why not. In the same way that Triple H is almost assured a place in the HOF

He undoubtedly deserves to go in - possibly the greatest heel ever.

Whether he will or not is debateable. Probably won't happen until he's not in a position to make such decisions amymore. And that may never fully happen until he drops dead.

Bruno Sammatrino, Hulk Hogan and Vince Snr are the only three men who should go into the HOF before Vince in my eyes. Hogan and SNR are already there so it's down to Sammartino who will never be in ther until he passes, which is something that always bugs me about the man.

Don't think he will. He doesn't need that kind of reputation because he made the business what it is today. He controls it basically.

Do you mean it bugs you that Bruce snubs Vince or that Vince snubs Bruce?

Still, incredible wrestler, even into his late 50s he could fight extremely well. This is possibly his last televised WWF match from 1987 vs. Hercules

Why is the heat on Bruno?

From what i've heard, Bruno Sammartino refuses to recognise the WWF/E HOF as a legitimate wrestling hall of fame and has said he will never be inducted.

Bugs me that Bruce snubs Vince. Jesus one night Bruno and you'd have so many new fans and you'd get the praise you deserve. A HOF in front of 50-100 people is not what such an important man to this sport deserves. Plus it could mean a DVD which would be a hot seller!

I see what you mean. He's a great wrestler, but from what I've heard, he doesn't have much contact with the sport today unless Kurt Angle is involved - he's a big fan of Angle and has spoken about this on several unauthorised DVD's

He did stuff with ROH a few years back. He was on a TNA DVD too speaking about Kurt. Next weekend he is making his last public appearence for wrestling, and it's a shame that he has to go out in front of **** all people instead of getting what he deserves for his final appearence. He really needs to see the forest from the trees and realise that Vince McMahon isn't the devil and that the WWE Hall of Fame would be a huge deal and would give all his fans what they want.

Bruno won't go in the WWE HoF because he wants to be paid big money to do it.

It is extremely hard to recognise it as a legit HOF in fairness. Drew Carey, The Refirgerator, Pete Rose etc etc degrade it.

Like, for example, why is Ko Ko B Ware in there? A serial jobber at best.

It is a poor HOF at best, but it seems to work commercially, so I understand why it happens.

The WWE Hall of Fame isn't a big deal though unfortunately.

It's a bureaucratic black slapping club unfortunately. If Vince doesn't like you, you're not going into the HOF and that completely undermines the entireity of the HOF. Can you honestly say a HOF is legitimate if Macho Man isn't in there, yet Koko B. Ware is? Because of these reasons and the fact that the HOF is so WWE centred it completely removes any accolade that being in the club awards you. There's no voting preference so its not as if its a case of being "recognised by the top wrestling journalists etc" (that the observer HOF has), its just "recognised by Vince McMahon" so I doubt Sammartino cares, no amount of money would get him to change his mind and fair play to him for sticking to that.

Oh and on topic, I'd say McMahon won't go in for at least another 10 years, provided he's stepped down by then.

Actually the money isn't an issue for Bruno, he has a grudge against the WWE for bringing wrestling to a place he doesn't agree with.

Don't get me wrong, I don't think the HOF of any wrestler company is legitimate without Bruno and Macho Man. And yes, it's a big club of who Vince likes.

But it is a huge deal to the average fan. The fan who doesn't watch puro, listen to Dave Meltzer or gives snowflakes after every match. To those fans that make up a huge, huge chunk of the WWE fan base, Vinces HOF is the only HOF they know and care about. They see it as legit. And because they see it as being the only HOF it carries alot of image to be brought into it. Plus it does give those wrestlers that came before todays to speak to the world and celebrate their careers, which is a fantastic thing.

I agree that it comes down to who Vince likes and doesn't, but Vince wants Bruno there, and it would be a massive deal that Bruno deserves.

I don't think Vince has to particularly like a wrestler on a personal level for him to induct that wrestler into his Hall Of Fame. As long as he or she is a worthy individual and it's good for business, than I would assume that Vince is professional enough to let bygones be bygones.

Vince and Bret Hart dislike each other, Vince and Wendy Richter dislike each other, Vince and Billy Graham dislike each other, and i'm sure there are a few more, yet that didn't stop them from all being inducted.

For all we know, Randy Savage may have already been asked but refused the offer.
