    Sligo on Google Maps now higher resolution.

    Hope this isn't old news, but I have just noticed that they have added High-Res Aerial Imagery of Sligo City on Google Maps. This means you can now zoom in further (vertically) and see more detail.

    Problem:
    Unfortunately all the 'place markers' now seem to have been moved about 20 metres north-east.

    P.P.S. - Anyone want to guess the year the photos were taken?

    when ever Lisbon was thats around the time the photos were taking

    They are only building the Knocknarea arena in the IT and it is open a few years.

    Think it was around 2005 that they did the aeriel view
