Ads partly covering drop down menu

I have begun to notice recently that the ad on top of the page occasionally covers part of the drop down menu. I can only assume it is a bug, and don't remember this happening until a couple of weeks ago. Usually a simple page refresh will bring a different ad, which does not cover the menu. So its more of an annoyance than a major bug, but I thought I should point it out.
Some info that may or may not be relevant: using google chrome, star wars background, happens throughout the site. Here is a screenshot of what I am describing.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
