Ads partly covering drop down menu

I have begun to notice recently that the ad on top of the page occasionally covers part of the drop down menu. I can only assume it is a bug, and don't remember this happening until a couple of weeks ago. Usually a simple page refresh will bring a different ad, which does not cover the menu. So its more of an annoyance…

So its more of an annoyance than a major bug, but I thought I should point it out.
Some info that may or may not be relevant: using google chrome, star wars background, happens throughout the site. Here is a screenshot of what I am describing.
