Hi, i am renting a house, heating boiler heatline s20s , boiler show under 0.5 bar pressure... it some times move to 0.8, some times drop to 0 , spoke with guy, who work for landlord, he said it is normal pressure for this area ???? wtf.
i think it should be at list 1 bar. Is any way fix that ?? what to look?? could be kind pressure switch, or something. also can hear running water all time when boiler on.

    thanks in advance.

I am guessing its a gas boiler and its a closed system other wise it maybe normal. Is there a braided hose of black know in the hot press for filling. Can you photo graph some of the bits

i cannot hear this in work but looking at it i can see it describes how to fill a combi boiler. Normal boilers are much the same. Bring the pressure up to 1 bar. You might need someone to watch the gauge while you fill as the filling loop is usually in the hot press upstairs.

The fluctuating pressure shows that there is something seriously wrong with the system. It should never show 0 bar.
That one radiator stays cold means the system isn't balanced.
    Get a real plumber in.
