Is it just me or what but we are always told that a White shirt/blouse is a wardrobe staple but I don't think so ....... Wore one to work today and when I took it off this evening couldn't believe how grubby it was after the day & how awful the neck & cuffs looked. Anyone else find the same ?

    P.s. I shower daily !

I used to wear a white shirt as part of my school uniform and also when I was working, never had that problem. I did encounter it though, when I worked in a laundrette. We'd get gorgeous, expensive white shirts in with scruffy cuffs and collars, made me wonder if the men were sleeping in them. Anyway, it wasn't much hassle to get the stains out but I did always wonder how they'd gotten there in the first place. Maybe you just perspire more, OP?
