I have met social welfare officer and and she calculated my means got it today in the post it says my total weekly means is 58 euro is this what there giving me for a week or is it deducted from 188.

As far as I know they will subtract 58 from 188.

Yes it will be deducted as my means were calculated recently and subtracted from my partners Jobseekers Allowance claim.
