    Friends of ours are looking for Customer Care Specialist for their IT startup.
    There won't be much money involved 18-20K at the best.

    The role will involve customer support on the phone, email and chat.
    The right person will be guided and trained.
    Brief profile as follows:


    1. Candidate must be a native English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    2. Friendly personality, customer oriented, quick learner, team spirit, focused & result oriented
    3. Can be recent graduate

    Useful skills
    HTML, CSS, basics of Photoshop, MS Office, computer literate.
