insurance claim

    seems the oil burner has packed up due to a leak in the boiler.was going to ring AIB home insurance, who i am insured with .has anyone had any dealings with them regarding a claim. good or bad experience ??/:confused:

    Look at your policy and see which insurance company it's with, I don't think AIB writes general (non-life) insurance, they're probably just using their branches as agencies for someone else, maybe Axa or similar, it will be stated in your policy document.

    Then repost and ask the question quoting the actual insurance company because AIB won't be paying out.
