UPC Self Install

Right, my stuff came today for the UPC TV, broadband and phone self install.

Now, just a quick question. Do UPC have to do something else at the junction thing outside the house before it will work? At the moment the TV scans and can't find the tv channels, and the broadband doesn't work.

I'll ring them later in anyway to ask, I just don't have the energy to spend that long on the phone right now :o

You need an active feed coming into the house? If you dont have 1 then you shouldnt have picked a self install as you will need an engineer to come and install a cable.
