Just a quick one. What club would you use from 200 yards out. My lowest iron is a four iron and when I hit it well I can carry 170. After the four iron I have a hybrid 24 degree but that gets me the same distance as the four iron. Next is a 3 wood rescue which gets me roughly 210-220 yards. Any recommendations on filling the gaps?

why do you have two clubs in bag that go same distance? anyway maybe for 200 yards get a 21 degree hybrid if you like them clubs...

My hyrbid (19* I think) is my 200-yd club... In summer, when it's a bit harder or faster, the 4iron might get me there with some roll..

I just find the hybrid a bit easier to get out of the longer stuff than the 4 iron. I'll have to keep my eye out for a 21 degree club.

    I'd hit the 4 iron about 170yds as well, and I carry a 22 deg rescue which I hit about 185 and a 19 deg I hit about 200yds

Hit my 4 iron normally around the 190 yard mark so i use my beloved 7 wood for a 200 yard shot.

My take is get rid of da 4 iron and purchase a 19 degree hybrid

21 deg hybrid instead of 24 deg should do nicely
or ditch 4i if you prefer 24 deg

Just don't hit your 3-wood rescue quite as hard. Innovate.

+1 Best club money can buy my 7 Wood is by far the best all round club

I'd be the same as you Luckygent! 4 iron about 190-195, 3 iron 200-205 but never hit the 3 consistently enough to plan on that. My next club is an 18 degree hybrid which goes about 220. I really need to get a 7 wood to fill the gap!!!!

6 iron or hard 7 for me. Why not carry a 5 wood, or 1-2 iron hybrid equivalent. Don't have hybrids myself but I have hit the Ping hybrid at the range and they are very easy to hit and get the ball in the air
