    when trying to look at youtube videos i can only get sound with a black screen . I have downloaded latest version adobe flash player ,still no picture Any answers

    What browser are you using? There are different versions of Flash for different browsers, and Chrome in particular can sometimes get itself a bit "confused" by having 2 versions of Flash installed.

    I'd suggest going here and downloading the Flashplayer uninstallation utility.

    Run it, then reboot. Then, go to here in IE and install Flash again. Don't forget to uncheck the additional nonsense Adobe offer to install along with Flash.

    just uninstalled and re-installed adobe flash player still no use .tried using chrome .no good
