I purchased a Ross DVB-S 5010 from Dunnes Stores. It's powered on as the red light is lit but I cant get it to accept any commands. When it's switched on it just shows four zeros in the digital display but it won't respond to any commands from the remote. Neither does it respond if I press the up or down button on the STB…
