European Small Claims Procedure

I have a waranty dispute with a trader in another european country. I have gone through the usual phone calls, letters and got a consumer agency to contact them on my behalf. All to no avail. My next step is the European Small Claims Procedure. Has anyone had any experience going this route? Did it go to court?

The amount in dispute is small (€100) but it kills me to think they will get away with walking all over my consumer rights if I do nothing.
