Anybody know where to get some?

All I can get is from websites, both here and UK, and they're charging silly money for p+p.

    Can anybody help, cheers :)

10w40 is not fully synthetic oil.

0w40 & 5w40 would be more what you might be looking for.

Any petrol station will sell 10w by the litre
Hardware stores may have larger volumes

10w40 is available in fully synthetic, most place don't stock it though.

It's because most folks who need a 10w40 are happy using the semi syn, there's little or no market for a fully syn 10w40 here. Through forums I know loads of lads in the UK who use it. Would a 0w40 not do the job for you though?

Have you tried AD in Ballybrit? If they don't have it, they could probably order it for you.

5W40 is slightly "better" than 10W40. That oil is currently in stock in my nearest Lidl.

I've only been recommended 10w40, that's all I've used. It's for an Accord Type R so didn't want to stray away from the recommended.

Great website yes, I've used it a lot, but just so expensive to deliver to Ireland.

Ya tried them, nothing in stock, will check them back to see if they can order some.

You should try Tesco in the headford road shopping centre.

    Not the supermarket.

5W40 will be fine in an ATR. Any oil with the appropriate SAE approval will be fine.

AD probably won't have 10W40 FS in stock, but they will be able to get it, probably in castrol.
