    Its even better that you didn't edit it for him/her. Now we have to endure the glaring spelling error and thats not easy for the many pedants in these forums.

    Didn't realise people took this so personal. Was just looking for peoples opinions. But interesting the diff perspectives

    I remember reading somewhere that the human brain is still able to process words that are incorrectly spelled as long as the first and last letter are correct.

    If I start picking up people on simple spelling mistakes, then I'd be obliged to correct everybody's grammar, and poor grammar and punctuation bugs me far more than simple spelling/typo mistakes.

    Examples include: you're and your, its, it's and the non-existent its, the lack of an apostrophe indicating possessive or the exclusion of a letter, etc., etc., etc. The list is endless....

    Trust me, you do not want me to start doing that.... :P
