Horse riding holidays

I am just back from Barbate, Spain on a horse riding holiday. Had an absolutly amazing time and the rides in many ways pushed me beyond my limitations. Just wondering if anyone else has any experience of horse riding holidays. I want to go on another one, I'm thinking of Poland.
