ISP = Digiweb Metro Fixed Wireless

From 9 rooms, I have 2 x cat 5e to hub where Digiweb Thomson modem is

I need to have wired and wirelss access everywhere but one wireless router wont work because of wall thickness and foil back plaster board

I think I need some kind of switch at hub but don't know what one to get?
    Managed / Unmanaged?, POE, etc
I think I need access points at various locations throughout, but don't know what I should be getting? - Preferably something tidy / neat
