I don't understand how anyone can doubt that woods won't win majors again. If Lee Westwood can come back from 250th in the world rankings to number 1, I'm sure that arguably the greatest player ever can step up his game. Swing changes that he's making take time.

I used to really like him and hoped that he'd break Jack's record. But given what happen in the last year or two, I've come to despise him. Not for all his extra marital affairs-that's his own business and there's always two sides to every story like that. It's the way he tried to manipulate the story and the media that turned my stomach.

The guy is a low life scum bag, IMHO! Being the greatest golfer of our generation doesn't make him a good human being!

Your entitled to your opinion and its as valid as anybodys elses but how do you know he manipulated the media? Gve me some examples that you know for fact that he did this?

I'm not disagreeing with you for the sake of it but I genuinely would like to know what your basing it on.

From the thread title I was wondering was "US talk show" a nickname for some low-life hooker or summat.:(

Even his interview after his final round 66 last week was cheery and light-hearted,someone must have had a quiet word.
My gut feeling is a more sinister subplot in that his sponsors or potential sponsors may not see him as marketable as he once was.
His golf used to do the talking,not anymore unfortunately.
And isn't TW12 being released soon??

Either ways I much prefer see him have a laugh than the usual gruffness we've seen down the years.
