    Hi everybody,

I have an upcoming interview in Switzerland, and have the option of flying either to Geneva or Zurich.

However, I'm having a bit of trouble finding suitable flights - I also want to find the cheapest flights as possible (they are paying for the flights but I don't want to take the píss with it).
The travel dates are 14th April (from Glasgow) and returning on 15th April.

Anyone any help with regard to booking flights to Switzerland?

I am not aware of a single cheap/budget airline that operates to Switzerland. If you wanted a cheap flight, you would have to fly to south Germany say and then take the train.

Easyjet fly from Glasgow and Edinburgh to Geneva.

TBH I would get a flight that gets you closest to where the interview is. The company are bringing you over so you can do an interview at the best of your ability and providing you are not going to travel first class I do not see them having any issues cover the cost of the flights.

Good luck in the interview btw ;)

Where is your interview? I would make sure you chose the Airport that is close to the interview location.
Maybe you can consider Basel Airport too. Ryanair was using this airport for a while, not sure if they still do.
Trains in Switzerland are running frequent and the network is very good but also very expensive so be prepared for that if you have a longer trip by train. You can check timetables and fares at www.sbb.ch

Hi, It's because you are only staying 1 night that the airfares will be more expensive. Have a look at the swisstravelcompany.com and you at least see all the options available to both cities. As the previous person said, train travel is excellent in Switzerland so getting to your final destination should be very easy. Good luck in your interview.
