Asus netbook purchased in north in late August but keyboard became faulty in late December. Sent directly to repair centre in mid January. They said it was liquid damaged so warranty was invalid. Paid the repair fee promptly which was about 40% of cost of netbook. Phoning repair centre weekly since then but all they will…

Phoning repair centre weekly since then but all they will say is that they are waiting on parts from Asus so no hope of seeing my netbook anytime soon.

Wondering now what is a reasonable time to wait before taking further steps.
