I was given a set of ultegra 9 speed levers that turned out to be two left hand ones?? Anyway, Im looking for a 9 speed one - preferably ultegra but doesn't really matter once it works. I'll do a part swop or flog off the other one if anyones interested.

A word of advice, 9 speed shimano ultegra shifters are pure junk.
The 9 speed Dura-ace ones are the ones to go for, mine are eight years old and still work perfectly:D SD....

How does the 'Junkiness' manifest itself?

The ultegra 9 speed sti levers will start to shift very poorly, in the first year of use. Their internal mechanism isn't very good quality, where as the Dura-ace ones seem to go on for ever:D
The 7700 series stuff is becoming difficult to find these days, although the trick is to find lightly used stuff...
I see a lot of triathalon specific bikes on donedeal for sale, lots of them have dura-ace 9 speed kit...
Keep yer eyes peeled, bikeradar, weightweenies, retrobike,...SD...
