Make-up Advice for a Fancy Dress Party

Apologies in advance if this isn't the right forum for this topic, but couldn't find anywhere more appropriate.

Myself and the OH are going to a fancy dress party dressed as David Furnish and Elton John soon (dressed in drag, we're both female). Elton appears to be quite easy as he has so many recognisable qualities but, we both at a loss as to do make up that will resemble Furnish as he's quite the average kind of guy.

    Any suggestions?

Also if anyone knows where I can pick up Eltonesque attire for cheapsie, that would be awesome.

I think you're right, he hasn't got anything instantly recognisable features or clothes. His eyebrows lack the arch that most people have, thats the only thing that stands out for me.
Hmm, would your OH carry about a baby doll? Seeing as they recently became parents. Maybe give the doll some Elton-esque glasses? Just brainstorming...good luck with the costumes though! :)

Getting a doll, hoping to dress it like Gay Pride just vomited all over it. Must try find mini glasses too!:)

Hahaha, good stuff. I'd say the kids section in Pennys or Claires would be a good option :)
