    If you buy a packet of flower seeds and plant them .... will they flower once and then die or will they flower every year?

    Check the pack for the information, eg Annuals grow and flower one season and die. Whereas Perennials/Repeats, come back each year.

    Look for Perennials or sometimes referred to as Herbaceous Perennials or Hardy Perennials.:)
