    Good luck with that.....anyone who has one is keeping them!!!! Think they were offered in the late 80's to members......very few around.

    They were never issued, there was a guy in the DMA used to make them privately in the 80s. They are based on the DMP belt of the 1930s.

    No but they were issued mugs and cutlery which are extremely hard to get ,, i was informed about them by some one that had just binned them !!!

    any way ebay never has them

    The DMP became part of AGS in 1925, photos of Dublin guards of that era are often mistaken to be DM policemen as the Civic Guards of the DMR continued to wear the pith helmet throughout the 30s.
