Bike Box or Bike rental in Lagos Portugal

Hey,

Heading to Lagos in Portugal for a week in June and was looking for advice , either thinking of renting a bike there or bringing it on Ryanair...

I dont have a bike box , so what type would I need for a carbon bike ?

Done a bit or reading Lagos has a nice bit of cycling , from sea level to the highest point Foia is 40kms with climb from sea level to 1000m , anyone done that spin or can recommend other routes ?

Also has a mountain bike center - anyone used them ??

try these guys jah-shaka.eu or surf@jah-shaka.eu for mountain biking.

Unfortunately i didnt get the chance to go on a spin but they have a good website and seemed sound enough.

This is what they got back to me with. I'm not holding out much hope for the quality, but it's a decent price, and I'm not too bothered, I'm on holidays!
