We have a family house and the last person in it passed away and now there is nobody living in it anf it has been broken into ,

Was just wondering if anybody would recommend from a security point of view:

should we board up the windows or get some form of alarm put in that would be a detterrent until we sell it which make takw a while

    Any advice greatly appreciated ???

It's up to you, spend 200 on plywood and board it up, won't look too good or spend upwards of 500 on an alarm system.
If it was me I'd go for the alarm
