Yes I have played it quite a few times, Its a pretty decent course with some great holes. They run a decent open on a wednesday.

It can play long on some holes as it is very hilly and fairly open so it can be very windy too.

    It's a track.
On the back nine you are marching up and down, up and down and you can blaze the ball miles wide and still be fine, especially when there is placing.
Yes, there are maybe 6 nice holes on the course, but that stretch in the back nine would stop me from going back.

    Hi,
I am a member there so i am a bit bias we have changed the nines around for this season to break up the hill and make it a easier walk, and i will admit that it is open on the now front 9 there are 7/8 great holes and the rest are all ok there are no really easy holes it 6800 yards but dose play longer than that as 5 holes play up hill. Tghe open is 15 on a Wednesday so well worth the trip and a lot of the youn trees have now come into play. GSH a lot of the best courses in the world u go up down up down would never put that down as a negitive it is a test as you have to be able to play the ball from below or above your feet.

I must say I quite like the course. Not a member there but have played it a fair few times and my main criticism would be of the greens. I havn't played it in a while so maybe they've improved but they wernt very good the last few times ive played there. That said I think the cheap green fee is attractive and there are some good holes. The uphill holes can be tough going for some but I quite like hilly courses and the view from the top of the course on a good day is terrific. Clubhouse is very basic but that never bothers me - im there to play golf after all.
Biggest compliment I can pay the course is that their finishing hole (on the old routing) is prob my favourite of any parkland course ive played.

    Hi,
The greens have improved from mid summer last year they had been forking them twice a year which was too much, That was my only problem with the change of 9's the old routing was a great finish a short par 4 birdie chance a 225 yard par 3 with water beside the green and a great looking par 4 to finish.
