Loud gurgling noise from neighbours house

    Hi all,

Any advice would be much appreciated. I live in a semi detached house and the neighbouring house joined onto ours has been vacant for the last couple of months. I came home from work this evening and noticed a really loud gurgling sound coming through the walls from next door. I'm not sure if it's the boiler or water in the pipes. There's a skip bag outside their front so obviously there was someone in there today fixing the place up, possibly for new tennants so maybe they did something that caused the noise. Im just worried in case theres something wrong or something leaks and i've no contact number for the landlord. Apart from that it's really irritating as it's so loud and I'll be surprised if i can sleep with it tonight so don't want this dragging on. Does anyone know what I can do? Can I call the local council or something?

sounds more like a job for the Ghostbusters your more likely to get some help from them than the council.
