Looking for one other person to share office space

I have been shopping around for budget office space and I've found something very suitable in Dublin 8 for 125 per month. That is.... if I can find another person to share the space with. Its not plush but it has a lot of potential and its a very reasonable price.

Yes it does have parking (secure parking) behind a gate which we would have access to.

I have pictures of the building the office is in and the some of the communal areas but unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the office itself. I should have taken a few snaps when I visited on Monday :mad:

I'll forward you on more detail in a PM, please excuses the impersonal nature of the email as I've forward it to a few people that have asked for more detail.

After you've had a look can you let me know if it's something you would genuinely be interested?...Obviously the space is very reasonable and I'm quite keen to secure the space, before it's snapped up by another company.

Hey are the bills included? If not, what type of bills are involved? Is it empty or would we have to furnish it all? Does it have the internet or is this something we have to sort out between us? Thanks!
