Deposit Account Query?

Would anybody know what is the best deposit account to put my money into? I have some money coming my way and am looking for a 1-3 year deposit account to keep it there until the property market stabilises a bit more and then plan on getting a mortgage out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in Advance

To add....there's supposed to be 2 or maybe even 3 interest rate rises this year with the first in April, so maybe a 6 month term would be best to begin with.
