    Hi,
Have my mame cab up and running about 2.5 years now and like most people who have started their own cab am not happy with it and am changing the joysticks and buttons etc.

I got 2 led joysticks from paradise arcade , I think they are seimitsu (or a cheap copy).
I was wondering whats the best way of installing them.
I currently have some long screws (that look terrible) but are not noticeable as I have them covered in vinyl.

Here is a pic (this is the day I got it, it was in a bad way).
I will post new pics when I get home from work.
    Any suggestions welcome.
I was thinking of some small black cobalt carriage bolts but not sure where to get them.
    Cheers
    Sham.

Here a pic of the original screws used on those cabs. They are Panheads. Coach bolts are an interesting choice, they always have a round head with no method of driving them from the top e.g. not a hex driven or allen key driven. The thing about buying bolts is that you have to buy them buy the box load and they can be quite pricey.

I wouldn't think that Woodies DIY or B&Q would stock them, try the small obscure hardware shops that you would see about the place; failing that, the likes of a cabinet maker would use small Coach Bolts that would be suitable for a control panel, do you know anyone in the Woodworking industry?

    Cheers for the reply.
I just found the same ones on twisted quarter website and was thinking of getting them.
The picture you posted has confirmed that they are the ones for me.
They have them in black aswell so might go with them.
    Many thanks.

    No problem.

This is like what you were originally looking for, but they have a Galvanised finish and might not look the part.

    €5.29 for a bag of 50.

    Allen key = Yes.
    Drive them = No

Use the nut on the back to tighten the joysticks in place, so as not to damage the PVC on the control panel.

yeah the allen key ones are the way to go for sure.
Funny, I found one of those in the bottom of the cab a while back and wasnt sure where it was from.

I don't think the carriage bolts were such a good idea afterall...:)
    Thanks again.
